- After 22:00: Self check-in only, with instructions arranged before arrival.
- Your accommodation: Units are in several buildings. The reception address and your room address may differ.
- Registration: Provide the requested passport or ID photo privately through the agreed booking or contact channel before check-in.
- Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00. Enter quietly and keep noise low in shared areas.
Use the instructions sent for your own booking. Key collection may involve a lockbox at reception or the accommodation entrance, depending on the arrangement. Access details are provided privately; do not assume another guest’s instructions apply to your unit.
How to get from Split Airport when you land late
Allow for getting off the aircraft, collecting luggage and reaching your transport. The time your flight lands is not the time you will reach the accommodation. Choose the option that works for your actual date and arrival time.

Airport shuttle: check the last part of the journey
The official Platanus airport shuttle connects Split Airport with Split’s main bus station, beside the ferry port and train station. It does not deliver you to your booked room. Check the operator’s current information for your flight and plan how you will get from the station to your confirmed arrival point.

Taxi or transfer: use the confirmed destination
For a taxi, agree or confirm the fare and payment method before starting the journey. Give the driver the address in your arrival instructions. If vehicle access stops short of the entrance, confirm where you will be dropped off and how to complete the final section.
If you prefer to organise transport ahead of time, ask us about an airport transfer. A request is not a confirmed booking until the pickup details and price have been agreed. Arrange accommodation access separately from the transfer.

- Send your expected arrival time. Include your booking name and arrival date. For a flight arrival, include the flight number if available.
- Complete registration before arrival. Follow the instructions you receive for supplying the requested passport or ID photo privately.
- Confirm where to go first. Check whether your booking instructions direct you to reception or the accommodation entrance.
- Receive and save the access instructions. Check that you have the key-collection details and the correct building and room information before setting off.
- Enter quietly. Follow your instructions, secure the entrance as directed and respect sleeping guests.

What if your flight, bus or ferry is delayed?
Send an update as soon as you know your arrival time has changed. A delay that takes you past 22:00 changes the arrival procedure, so do not rely on your original plan to check in at reception.
If you already have confirmed self-check-in instructions, keep them available and check any message updates. If a delay takes your arrival into the next calendar day, notify us so the late arrival is connected to the correct reservation.
Do not rely on someone being at reception all night. Planning in advance is especially important when you may have limited phone data or battery after the journey.
Prepare your phone and the final walk
- Save instructions for offline use. Keep the arrival address and booking-specific directions accessible without mobile data.
- Keep enough battery. A charged phone or power bank helps with maps and messages.
- Read the whole route. Check the building entrance and unit address, not just the map pin for reception.
- Plan for luggage. Ask about stairs and entrance access before travelling if these affect you.
- Keep access details private. Share them only with the people included in your booking.

Does a transfer booking include self check-in?
