We strive to provide our guests with a spotless, safe, and friendly hostel experience. The following Hostel Policy/House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating Croparadise Hostel since 2007. These Hostel Policy/House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hostel guest, you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hostel Policy/House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. These hostels Policy/House Rules are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between the Croparadise Hostel and the guest. Our Hostel Policy/House Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.

Cancellation Policy

  •  Croparadise Hostel is implementing 14-day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the full amount of your reservation.
  •  Cancellation policy does not apply to groups, for group bookings please refer to GROUPS SECTION.

Payment Policy

  • Online bookings – Outstanding balance is requested in cash or by credit cards upon arrival.
  • Walk-in bookings – Full balance is requested in cash or by credit cards upon arrival.
  • Group bookings – Please refer to GROUPS SECTION.
  • All nights of accommodation must be paid for on arrival.

Check In - Check Out Policy

  • From October until June our reception is open from 08:00 – 22:00 and check-in after 22:00 is not allowed.
  • From June until September our reception is open from 08:00 – 24:00 and check-in after midnight is not allowed.
  • Check-in time 15:00, check-out time 10:00.
  • Late arrival after 20:00, please notify us in advance.
  • Passport or ID with picture is required for check-in. Persons who do not present an original current passport or national identification document will not be allowed to stay in the hostel. In the event of failing to present this documentation upon check-in the person involved will have no rights to reimbursement from the hostel.

Same Room Request

  • For reservations including more than one bed in a Shared Dormitory, it is not guaranteed that you will stay together in the same room.
  • Booking a Private Room definitely ensures you will all stay together.

Luggage Room Request

  • Before check-in time and after check-out time, guests can leave their luggage free of charge in our luggage room during same day.
  • Overnight luggage storage in not allowed.

Non Smoking Policy

  • Please be aware that all bedrooms at the Croparadise Hostels are non-smoking.
  • The hostels respectfully requests that hostel guests do not smoke in the rooms and instead use the dedicated outdoor smoking area.
  • Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in a non-smoking room will be subject to a fine of €100.

Age Restrictions Policies

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accept dormitory bookings that include people older than 50 years of age, if nothing else has been agreed upon.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or having a permission for a stay signed by their parents.
  • We keep our selves right to cancel those bookings that end up outside these criteria without any refund.

Pet Policy

  • Croparadise Hostels have adopted a NO PETS policy on our properties. As much as we love them, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets in our rooms or common areas.
  • Due to the safety issues, there is no opportunity for compromise or grey area regarding Hostels No Pet Policy. Please do not expect or request special treatment.
